Delete your Vistamigo account

Vistamigo is an app by Warner Management Group LLC for saving places and sharing lists with friends. You can delete your account and its data at any time, with or without the app.

In the app

1. Open Vistamigo and sign in.
2. Go to Profile, then scroll to Your data and privacy.
3. Tap Delete my account.
4. We email you a code. Enter it, type DELETE, and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away. You can use Download my data, in the same place, first if you'd like a copy.

Without the app

Email hello@vistamigo.com from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll check that the request is really yours, delete the account, and confirm by email within 30 days at most.

What gets deleted

• your account, profile and sign-in details
• your saved places, notes and the names you gave places
• lists you own, and your memberships of other people's lists
• your connections and notifications
• your privacy choices and usage history

What stays, and for how long

• Places you added to other people's collaborative lists stay on those lists, shown as added by someone who left, with your name removed.
• Shared place records, such as a restaurant's name and address, stay. They come from open data and aren't about you.
• Reports you sent, or that were made about you, stay without the link to your account until 12 months after we've handled them.
• Backups of our database last up to 8 days, so your data can remain in one for that time.
• Technical logs kept by our database provider last up to 7 days.
• Emails we sent you, including the one confirming the deletion, are kept by our email provider, Resend, for 30 days, then in its backups for 7 days.
